摘　　要：突出煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔层位选取的问题受到钻孔工艺、煤岩力学性质、钻孔形态等多种因素的影响。通过分析煤矿各岩层的岩性分布和每种岩性的力学参数,明确不同岩性及其力学参数对钻进和钻孔形态的影响。此外,还要分析适合钻孔的不同层位和钻孔工艺,将两者相互匹配,得出匹配度最高的钻孔层位和钻孔工艺。综合分析钻孔工艺和钻孔层位岩性分布,可以得出在抗拉强度、抗压强度比较小的煤层打钻最匹配的钻孔工艺是顺煤层定向钻孔,在抗拉强度、抗压强度比较大的岩层打钻比较匹配的是高位定向长钻孔工艺,对于透气性比较差的煤层最适宜使用穿层钻孔工艺。综合分析各种影响钻孔的因素,优选出最适合打钻的层位并匹配相对应的钻孔工艺,做出钻孔层位的最优选。The selection of drilling horizons for outburst coal seam gas drainage is affected by many factors such as drilling technology,mechanical properties of coal and rock,and drilling shape.By analyzing the lithology distribution of each stratum in the coal mine and the mechanical parameters of each lithology,the effects of different lithologies and their mechanical parameters on drilling and drilling patterns are clarif ied.In addition,different horizons and drilling processes suitable for drilling should be analyzed,and the two should be matched with each other to obtain the drilling horizon and drilling process with the highest matching degree.By comprehensively analyzing the drilling process and the lithology distribution of the drilling layers,it can be concluded that the most suitable drilling process for drilling in coal seams with relatively small tensile strength and compressive strength is directional drilling along the coal seam.The high-position directional long-drilling process is more suitable for drilling in rock formations with relatively high compressive strength,and the through-layer drilling process is most suitable for coal seams with poor gas permeability.Comprehensively analyze various factors affecting drilling,select the most suitable horizon for drilling and match the corresponding drilling process,and make the most optimal drilling horizon.
