企业建设项目档案管理的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：建设项目档案工作是建设项目管理工作中不可缺少的一项重要内容。但由于项目建设周期长、参与单位多、流程环节复杂,加上档案的专业性强、管理人员不固定、档案工作的受重视程度不够等原因,使得项目档案管理工作仍然面临诸多问题。文章结合建设项目与档案工作的特点,分析引起项目档案管理问题的原因,并针对这些问题尝试提出具有针对性的解决措施,从而提升化工领域设计企业有关建设项目档案管理工作的管理水平,更好地为企事业单位服务。Construction project archives work is an indispensable and important content in construction project management.However,due to the long construction cycle,many participating units,complex process links,coupled with strong professionalism of archives,unstable management personnel,insuff icient attention to archives work and other reasons,the project archives management still faces many problems.Based on the characteristics of construction projects and archives work,this paper analyzes the causes of project archives management problems,and tries to put forward specif ic and feasible solutions to these problems,so as to promote the standardization of construction project archives management,improve the management level of project archives,and provide better service for enterprises.
