摘　　要：新疆某化工公司聚丙烯装置采用Innovene气相工艺,采用两台卧式聚合釜串联工艺,动设备多,工艺流程长,文章主要讨论了聚合装置开停工过程中存在的工艺安全风险点,并从工艺和设备以及现场操作为切入点,提出了提高安全操作的措施和建议。A chemical company in Xinjiang polypropylene device adopts Innovene gas phase process,using two horizontal polymerization kettle series process,equipment,process flow.This paper mainly discusses the existed in the course of the polymerization unit shutdown process safety risk points,and from the process and equipment and site operation as the breakthrough point,put forward the measures and suggestions to improve safety operation.
