摘  要:魔芋富含葡甘露聚糖,是一种制造面膜的天然高分子材料。魔芋面膜的制作要经过魔芋精粉配料、溶解、倒模、预冻(或蒸养)固型、脱水、修整、灭菌、包装等工序。倒模是这些工序中极为重要的一环,倒模的关键在于魔芋面膜敷料的均衡摊布。魔芋面膜敷料倒模摊布装置,以膜盘分发机械手及膜盘的分发系统、链板式膜盘输送系统、膜盘激振托盘系统、激振托盘的摊布振平控制及光学平整度检测系统等组成一套完整的自动生产环节,达到魔芋面膜敷料均衡摊布倒模的目的,是后续工序持续进行的前提和使面膜各项指标符合国家产品标准的保证。Konjac is rich in glucomannan, which is a natural polymer material for facial masks. The production of konjac mask should go through the process of konjac powder ingredients, dissolving, molding, pre-freezing(or steaming) fixation, dehydration, dressing, sterilization, packaging and so on. Molding is a very important part of the process. The key point of molding is the balanced distribution of konjac mask dressing. Konjac mask molding device is made up of membrane distribution system, chain conveyor system, membrane vibration tray system, flat cloth vibration control and optical flatness detection system, which form a complete set of automatic production. It achieves the purpose of balanced molding. It is the premise of the follow-up process and guarantees that the indicators of the mask meet the national product standards.
