摘 要:随着人类社会的进步,硅酸盐水泥需求量与日俱增,但是生产过程中会生成大量CO_(2),会加剧温室效应。为了寻找合适的替代材料,辅助胶凝材料(SCE)应运而生。本文以煅烧蒙脱石为辅助胶凝材料,掺入到硅酸盐水泥中,制备煅烧蒙脱石-水泥二元体系,旨在开发一种新型辅助胶凝材料。通过抗压强度、早期水化热、流动度和凝结时间等测试,探究煅烧蒙脱石对硅酸盐水泥的性能影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜分析(SEM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)等微观分析手段对试样进行了分析,研究煅烧蒙脱石掺入硅酸盐水泥对其水化进程及水化产物的影响机理。With the progress of human society,the demand for Portland cement is increasing.However,a large amount of CO_(2)will be generated in the production process,which will aggravate the greenhouse effect.In order to find a suitable alternative material,auxiliary cementing material came into being.In this paper,Calcined montmorillonite was used as auxiliary cementing material and was mixed into Portland cement to prepare calcined montmorillonite cement,aiming to develop a new auxiliary cementing material.The influence of calcined montmorillonite on Portland cement performance was explored through tests of compressive strength,early hydration heat,fluidity and setting time,and the samples were analyzed with scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD)and other microscopic analysis methods.The influence mechanism of calcined montmorillonite mixed with Portland cement on its hydration process and hydration products was studied.
