摘 要:针对某火电厂制粉系统中磨煤机能耗指标过高,增加运行成本的问题,基于灰色关联法及模糊层次分析法(FAHP)理论,建立以磨煤机能耗为研究目标的数学模型,对影响能耗的各因素进行定量分析,计算及仿真各影响因素的重要程度。研究以BBD3854磨煤机为例,对影响电能消耗指标的因素进行分析,得出生产过程中各因素影响序列。结果表明:该模型有效处理了小样本系统的不确定性,应用不同分析方法验证了各因素对能耗影响的重要度与实际情况相符,证明数学模型准确,分析方法有效,为优化生产运行参数,降低生产成本提供了参考,具有工程实用价值。Aiming at the problem that the high energy consumption index of coal mill in a coal pulverizing system of a thermal power plant, and the increasing cost of operation, the grey relation method and FAHP analysis method is put forward in this paper.A mathematical model is established to study the energy consumption of coal mill, and the importance of each factor is calculated and simulated.Taking the BBD3854 coal mill as an example in this study, the influencing factors of the electric energy consumption index are analyzed, and the sequence of influencing factors in the production process is obtained.The results show that the model effectively handles the uncertainty of small sample system by different analysis methods to prove the same conclusion.It is concluded that the importance of each factor on energy consumption is consistent with the actual situation, which proves that the mathematical model is accurate and the analysis method is effective.It could provide a reference to optimize the operation parameters of production and reduce the cost of production which has practical engineering value.
