摘 要:提升民居室内热环境舒适度,是改善寒冷地区乡村人居环境的关键举措。选取兰州青城古镇两栋具有代表性的民居,通过实测获取冬季的室内温、湿度数据,基于实测数据对比分析了传统民居与新式民居冬季室内热环境的特点。进而采用Ecotect Analysis模拟建筑失热情况,探明冬季室内热环境的影响因素,基于此提出传统民居与新式民居各自的改善措施。研究表明:传统民居冬季室内热环境的波动比新式民居更稳定,但新式民居冬季室内温度更高;根据两种民居的建筑失热情况,建议传统民居改善门窗密封性及正面墙体保温隔热性,新式民居加设墙体保温板或使用导热性能更好的墙体材料,以提高冬季室内热环境舒适度。研究结果可为类似地区传统民居与新式民居冬季室内热环境的改善提供借鉴与参考。Improving indoor thermal environment comfort level is a key measure to improve rural living environment in cold areas.Two typical dwellings in Qingcheng ancient town in Lanzhou were selected to obtain the indoor temperature and humidity data in winter.Based on the measured data, the characteristics of indoor thermal environment in winter between traditional dwellings and modern dwellings were compared and analyzed.Then, Ecotect Analysis software was used to simulate the heat loss of buildings to find out the influencing factors of indoor thermal environment in winter.Based on this, the improvement measures of traditional and new type dwellings were proposed respectively.The results show that the fluctuation of indoor thermal environment of traditional dwellings in winter is more stable than that of new type dwellings, but the indoor temperature of new type dwellings in winter is higher.According to the building heat loss of the two types of dwellings, it is suggested that the traditional dwellings should improve the sealing performance of doors and windows and the thermal insulation of the front wall, while the modern dwellings should install wall insulation board or use wall materials with better thermal conductivity to improve the comfort of indoor thermal environment in winter.The research results could provide reference for the improvement of indoor thermal environment of traditional and modern dwellings in similar areas in winter.
