摘 要:内置轴向屈服板的双层方钢耗能支撑是由耗能板与内外传力方钢通过焊接构成的耗能支撑,能有效防止支撑受压屈曲。为了研究内置轴向屈服板的双层方钢耗能支撑的耗能能力,采用了ABAQUS有限元软件分析了不同设计参数下双层方钢耗能支撑在低周往复荷载作用下的滞回性能。设计了三种不同形式的耗能支撑试件,并改变了耗能板的楔率。分析结果表明:双层方钢耗能支撑能够充分利用钢材的受拉屈服性能,具有较高的承载能力和良好的耗能能力。耗能板类型对支撑的影响较明显,在层间位移角相同的情况下,设计的三种试件中两段式耗能板支撑承载能力、变形能力和耗能能力相对较优。通过合理设计耗能板楔率可使耗能板上应力分布均匀,有效提高双层方钢耗能支撑的耗能能力和变形能力。耗能板的楔率不宜增加过大,楔率过大会导致耗能板横截面过小,使耗能板发生面内剪切屈曲变形提前破坏。给出的计算公式与有限元计算结果吻合较好。The double layer square steel energy dissipation brace with the internally installed axial yield plate is formed by welding the energy dissipation plate and the internal and external force transmission square steel,which can effectively prevent the buckling of the brace under compression.In order to study the energy dissipation capacity of double-layer square steel energy dissipation brace with the internally installed axial yield plate,the finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the hysteretic performance of the double-layer square steel energy dissipation brace under the low cyclic reciprocating load with different design parameters.Three kinds of energy dissipation strut specimens were designed,and the wedge ratio of the energy dissipation plate was changed.The analysis results show that the energy dissipation bracing of double square steel can make full use of the tensile yield property of steel,and has high bearing capacity and good energy dissipation capacity.The type of energy-dissipating plate has an obvious influence on the brace.In the case of the same inter-layer displacement angle,the load-bearing capacity,deformation capacity and energy dissipation capacity of the two-stage energy-dissipating plate are relatively superior among the three specimens designed.The energy dissipation capacity and deformation capacity of double square steel energy dissipation brace can be improved effectively by designing the wedge ratio of energy dissipation plate to make the stress distribution on the energy dissipation plate uniform.The wedge ratio of the energy dissipation plate should not be increased too much,because the large wedge ratio will lead to the small cross-section of the energy dissipation plate,which will cause the in-plane shear buckling deformation of the energy dissipation plate in advance.The calculation formula is in good agreement with the finite element calculation results.
