摘　　要：江南城市缘水而兴,纵横交错的河网与路网交叠,催生了一系列独具特色的滨水街区。但伴随城镇化进程中的功能转型,城市生活的重心由“水边”转向“路边”,不少传统滨水街区面临使用人群萎缩、特色消逝、活力丧失的窘境;亟需立足地域特色,采取科学的评价方法发掘其内生动力,引导更新与复兴。首先,从“空间形态”与“人的行为感知”的互动切入滨水街区活力研究,分级提取影响要素建立滨水街区活力评价体系框架;其次,结合调研确立苏州古城区滨水街区活力评价体系及各级影响因素;采用因子分析法和熵值法分别确定因子权重和指标权重,结合实证研究对因子得分和指标权重计算进行比对解读,指出滨水街区活力影响的显著因子以及各因子的显著指标;最后,实地调研与量化计算相结合对代表性街区的活力评价进行解读验证,并提出针对性活力营造策略。With the crisscross river network and road network overlapping,cities in the south of the Yangtze River thrive on the edge of water,giving birth to a series of unique waterfront blocks.Due to the function transformation in the process of urbanization,the focus of urban activities in many Jiangnan cities has successively changed from“waterside”area to“roadside”area,many traditional waterfront blocks are facing the dilemma of shrinking users,disappearing characteristics and losing vitality.Consequently,it is urgent that the scientific evaluation methods should be adopted to explore endogenous dynamics of the cities and guide their renewal and revival based on the regional characteristics.Firstly,based on the interaction between spatial form and human behavior,the influencing factors are extracted hierarchically to explore the framework features of the vitality evaluation system of waterfront blocks.Secondly,combined with the investigation,the vitality evaluation system and its main influencing factors of waterfront blocks are established.In this progress,the factor analysis method and entropy method are used to determine the factor weight and index weight respectively.According to the empirical analysis,the factor core and index weight calculation are discussed and compared,and the significant factors and significant indicators of waterfront block vitality are put forward.Finally,based on the field research and quantitative calculation,the vitality of representative blocks is verified and interpreted,and the targeted vitality strategies are put forward,which can provide new ideas for the construction of Jiangnan waterfront district vitality.
