摘　　要：农业是国民经济的基础,历来受到高度重视。2004年至今,中央一号文件已连续多年聚焦三农问题。农业竞争力是衡量农业发展水平和农业现代化程度的重要指标。文章选择我国粮食产业和畜牧业分别进行竞争力测度和评价,得出2017年我国中部六省粮食产业竞争力综合得分及排序情况、2015-2017年我国中部六省粮食产业竞争力指数变化情况、2017年我国中部六省畜牧业竞争力综合得分及排序情况。最后,文章提出优化中部农业竞争力的建议:深化产业改革,优化农业发展环境;优化农业布局,大力发展产业集群;调整产业结构,推动产业转型升级;推动科技创新,提高农业创新能力;促进绿色发展,提高可持续发展能力;稳定农业发展,加大农业支持力度。Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy and has always been highly valued.Since 2004,the No.1 Central Document has focused on the issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers for many years.Agricultural competitiveness is an important indicator to measure the level of agricultural development and the degree of agricultural modernization.It refers to the use of a series of indicators to quantify agricultural competitiveness,and tangible numbers to express agricultural competitiveness.The article selects the grain industry and animal husbandry to conduct competitiveness measurement and evaluation respectively,and obtains the comprehensive scores and rankings of the grain industry competitiveness of the six central provinces in 2017,the changes in the grain industry competitiveness index of the six central provinces from 2015 to 2017,and the central part of 2017 The comprehensive scores and rankings of animal husbandry competitiveness in the six provinces.Finally,the article puts forward recommendations for optimizing the competitiveness of central agriculture:Deepen industrial reforms and optimize the environment for agricultural development;Optimize agricultural layout and vigorously develop industrial clusters;Adjust industrial structure and promote industrial transformation and upgrading;Promote science and technology Innovate and improve agricultural innovation capabilities;Promote green development and improve sustainable development capabilities;Stabilize agricultural development and increase agricultural support.
