摘  要:以CGA S-1.3—2020为基础,对影响超压泄放装置设置的各种因素进行分析、比对,归纳出超压泄放装置相关压力性能参数的确定原则,对爆破片作为辅助泄放装置时设定压力的规定通过试验数据进行解析。汇总了标准中给出的安全泄放量计算公式,并通过推导标准中新增的“火灾工况下无隔热容器储存非液化气体泄放量”方程,证明CGA S-1.3—2020中6.3.1.2条Q_(a)(SI单位)的计算公式存在错误,为工程设计及标准编制提供借鉴。Based on CGA S-1.3—2020,the factors that may affect the setting of PRDs were analyzed and compared to summarize principles of determining parameters related to pressure performance of PRDs.Especially,the test data were cited to analyze the set pressure of rupture disk used as secondary relief device.Calculation formulas for flow rate requirement were summarized,meanwhile,through deducing the equation of“the flow capacity of uninsulated vessels for nonliquefied compressed gases”which was added in the new standard,it is found that there is an error in the calculation formula of Q_(a)(SI units)in the chapter of 6.3.1.2 in CGA S-1.3—2020.The results can provide a references for relevant engineering designs and standard development.
