摘 要:子痫前期是妊娠期特有并发症,具体发病机制尚不明确,早期诊断及治疗方法尚不完善,选择合适的时机及时终止妊娠成为预防该病进一步发展和避免不良妊娠结局的唯一途径。近年来,随着深入研究发现非编码RNA与滋养层细胞的增殖、凋亡等重要过程相关,且这些非编码RNA之间可以相互调控,形成错综复杂的竞争性内源性RNA调控网络。本文主要介绍非编码RNA在调控子痫前期患者滋养层细胞侵袭和增殖中的生物学作用,以及这些非编码RNA之间可能存在的相互调控关系,并简要分析非编码RNA作为诊断子痫前期的生物标志物及相应治疗靶点的潜在临床应用价值。Preeclampsia is a unique complication in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy,but its pathogenesis remains unclear and the early diagnosis and treatment methods are yet to be perfect.Termination of pregnancy at the right time is the only way to prevent its deterioration and avoid adverse pregnancy outcomes.In recent years,with the in-depth research,non-coding RNAs has been found to be involved in many important physiological and pathological processes such as proliferation and apoptosis of trophoblast cells and these non-coding RNAs can regulate each other to form an intricate and competitive endogenous RNA regulatory network.This article will introduce the biological roles of non-coding RNAs in regulating the invasion and proliferation of trophoblast cells in patients with preeclampsia and possible regulatory relationship between non-coding RNAs.Furthermore,the potential clinical value of non-coding RNAs as diagnostic biomarkers for preeclampsia and therapeutic targets are also elaborated.
