摘 要:为了解新疆部分地区马盖塔病的流行情况,采用血清中和试验对采自新疆克拉玛依市、阿克苏地区、昌吉回族自治州和伊犁哈萨克自治州的294份马血清样品进行盖塔病毒(Getah virus, GETV)中和抗体检测。结果显示,马血清样品GETV中和抗体阳性率为77.2%(227/294),阳性血清中和抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)为1∶145.8;不同地区马血清中和抗体阳性率在72.2%~82.1%之间(P=0.448),阳性血清中和抗体GMT在1∶114.3~1∶202.4之间(P=0.123);纯血马中和抗体阳性率和阳性血清中和抗体GMT(83.6%,1∶183.8)显著高于伊犁马(71.9%,1∶121.9)(P=0.018;P=0.012);规模场马中和抗体阳性率(83.0%)极显著高于散养场(56.9%)(P<0.01),阳性血清中和抗体GMT无显著性差异;不同年龄马中和抗体阳性率和阳性血清中和抗体GMT分别在20.0%~80.6%和1∶34.8~1∶153.1范围内,>3岁龄组显著高于<1岁龄组和1~3岁龄组(P<0.05)。结果表明,新疆部分地区马群盖塔病毒感染较为严重,这可能与品种、年龄以及养殖模式密切相关。本次调查数据为新疆地区马盖塔病的防控提供参考。To understand the epidemic situation of Getah disease in horses in parts of Xinjiang, a total of 294 horse serum samples collected from Kelamayi, Aksu Prefecture, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture and Ili Prefecture of Xinjiang were detected for neutralizing antibody against Getah virus(GETV) by serum neutralization test.The results showed that the positive rate of neutralizing antibodies of horse serum samples against GETV was 77.2%(227/294) and the geometric mean titer(GMT) of positive serum was 1∶145.8.The positive rate of neutralizing antibodies and GMT of positive serum in different regions ranged from 72.2%-82.1%(P=0.448) and 1∶114.3 to 1∶202.4(P=0.123),respectively.The positive rate of neutralizing antibodies and GMT of positive serum of Thoroughbred horses(83.6%,1∶183.8)were significantly higher than those of Ili horses(71.9%,1∶121.9)(P=0.018;P=0.012)whereas positive rate of neutralizing antibody of horse serum in large-scale farms(83.0%)was extremely significantly higher than that of free-range farms(56.9%)(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in positive serum GMT.The positive rate of neutralizing antibody and positive serum GMT of horses in different age groups were between 20.0%-80.6% and 1∶34.8-1∶153.1respectively.The>3years old group were significantly greater than those of<1years old group and 1-3years old group(P<0.05).The results showed that the infection of GETV was fairly serious in some areas of Xinjiang,which is possibly related to breed,age and breeding pattern of horses.The survey data provided a basis for the prevention and control of Getah disease in Xinjiang.
