摘　　要：自陕西省富平县某规模化关中奶山羊养殖场病羊舍11份腹泻奶山羊肛门拭子中分离得到8株产气荚膜梭菌,毒素基因检测显示8株产气荚膜梭菌均为携带cpa、etx和cpb2毒素基因的D型产气荚膜梭菌;结合其耐药性和生物膜形成能力高度一致,判断本试验产气荚膜梭菌分离株属于同1株小范围流行的D型产气荚膜梭菌。该D型产气荚膜梭菌攻毒小鼠后,可引起小鼠明显肠道出血和鼓气,组织病理学观察可见肠绒毛破碎、肠壁肌肉层结构松散,推断此次奶山羊腹泻与该D型产气荚膜梭菌密切相关。75%酒精、新洁尔灭和84消毒液等消毒剂对该D型产气荚膜梭菌效果良好,生产中为预防产气荚膜梭菌的区域性传播致病应加强对环境的清扫和消毒。We collected 11 rectal samples from Guanzhong dairy goat with diarrhea in a dairy goat farm in Fuping, Shaanxi, 8 Clostridium perfringens(C.perfringens) isolates were identified from them.Toxin genes detection showed all C.perfringens isolates belonged to C.perfringens type D carrying cpa,etx and cpb2.Moreover, the antimicrobial resistance and biofilm formation ability of the 8 C.perfringens isolates were similar, which indicated 8 C.perfringens isolates belonged to C.perfringens type D.After challenged with the C.perfringens type D isolate, the dead mice performed intestinal bloating and hemorrhage.Histopathological observation showed the intestinal villi was broken and the muscle layer of the intestinal wall was loose, which revealed the goat diarrhea was closely related to this C.perfringens type D isolate.Moreover, 75% alcohol, prostaglandin and 84 disinfectant showed good effect on the C.perfringens isolate.Environmental disinfection and cleaning should be performed in production to prevent the spread of C.perfringens isolates.
