摘 要:探讨冠突散囊菌茶粉对高糖高脂大鼠的血糖和血脂相关因素的影响。以健康雄性SD大鼠为试验对象,建立高糖、高脂的大鼠模型,给予不同剂量冠突散囊菌茶粉灌胃干预,研究冠突散囊菌茶粉对大鼠的生长、血糖和血脂指标以及肠道的葡萄糖转运体2(glucose transporter,GLUT-2)和胰高血糖素原基因(proglucagon gene,PLG)的影响。结果显示,冠突散囊菌茶粉能显著降低大鼠体质量、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和空腹血糖含量,进一步研究表明,其能显著改善肝细胞的脂肪化,提高血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)含量,降低各肠段GLUT-2的mRNA水平,明显增加各肠段PLG的mRNA水平。结果表明,冠突散囊菌茶粉降糖和降脂效果明显,其效果与浓度呈相关。To verify the effect of tea powder on blood glucose and lipid related factors in high sugar and high fat rats,healthy male SD rats were used to establish rat models with high sugar and fat by giving different doses of the powder to study the effect of the powder on the growth,serum biochemical indicators,antioxidant and glucose transporter 2(GLUT-2)and proglucagon gene(PLG)in rats.The results showed that tea powder significantly reduced serum TC,TG and fasting blood glucose content in rats.Further studies suggested that it significantly improved the steatosis of hepatocytes,upregulated the serum HDL-C content,and downregulated the mRNA levels of GLUT-2 in each intestinal segment,and significantly increased the mRNA levels of PLG in each intestinal segment.The effect of glucose reduction and lipid reduction in tea powder is obvious,which is associated with concentration.
