摘 要:2020年,全球共发生1366起高致病性禽流感(HPAI)疫情,与2019年相比,疫情发生呈上升趋势。其中,H5N8为优势流行亚型,占总疫情的82.65%,H7亚型疫情点状散发。这一结果提示,H5N8亚型HPAI疫情在全球家禽和野禽中大范围流行,并有可能发展为全球大流行、威胁公共卫生安全。建议应密切关注野鸟迁徙通道等重点区域野禽健康情况,做好疫病监测,提前对新发禽流感疫情进行流行趋势研判,及时做到预警防控。In 2020,1 366 highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI) outbreaks occurred globally, showing an upward trend compared with that in 2019.Among them, H5 N8 was the dominant epidemic subtype, accounting for 82.65% of the total.The epidemic situation of H7 subtype was sporadic.The results suggest that H5 N8 subtype HPAI becomes prevalent in poultry and wild birds all over the world, and may develop into a pandemic and threaten public health.Close attention should be therefore paid to the health of wild birds in key areas such as wild bird migration channels.Monitoring epidemics is highlighted to estimate and determine the epidemic trend of emerging HPAI cases, while early warning and measures of prevention and control should be timely performed.
