埃普利诺菌素浇泼剂对牦牛花蠕形蚤的驱杀效果试验

摘  要:本试验应用0.5%埃谱利诺菌素浇泼剂,分别按0.4 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg,0.6 mg/kg体重剂量沿背部皮肤中线浇注给药,并设1%埃谱利诺菌素注射剂0.2 mg/kg颈部皮下注射作药物对照组和未给药的阳性对照组,评价对寄生于牦牛的蠕形蚤的驱杀效果。埃谱利诺菌素浇泼剂0.5 mg/kg,0.6 mg/kg组在给药后7 d,14 d对蠕形蚤的转阴率均达100%;0.4 mg/kg剂量在给药后7 d,14 d对花蠕形蚤的转阴率均为81.8%,杀虫率分别为78.5%和83.9%。结果表明,埃谱利诺菌素浇泼剂0.4 mg/kg、0.5 mg/kg、0.6 mg/kg体重剂量对蠕形蚤均有杀虫效果,其中0.5 mg/kg和0.6 mg/kg剂量驱杀达高效,0.5 mg/kg剂量可作为推荐剂量。To evaluate the efficacy of eprinomectin pour-on(0.5%) against yak vermipsylla, eprinomectin pour-on was topically applied at a dose of 0.4,0.5 and 0.6 mg/kg of body weight along the topline from the withers to the tail–head, and using 1% Eprinomectin injection( 0.2 mg/kg) as control groups, meanwhile setting positive control group.The results showed: at the dose of 0.5 and 0.6 mg/kg groups, the negative conversion rate of vermipsylla were both 100% at 7,14 days after administration;at the dose of 0.4 mg/kg groups, the negative conversion rate of vermipsylla were both 81.8% at 7,14 days after administration, and the effective rate of the insecticidal were 78.5% and 83.9%,respectively.The results showed that the doses of eprinomectin pour-on of 0.4,0.5 and 0.6 mg/kg body weight were effective against vermipsylla, 0.5 mg/kg and 0.6 mg/kg were highly effective, and 0.5 mg/kg was the recommended dose.
