摘  要:盾构下穿既有铁路施工过程中,受掘进卸载的影响,地层产生沉降变形并波及至地表轨道结构,严重威胁既有铁路的安全、舒适运行,而目前尚缺乏沉降条件下列车安全运行限速控制标准。基于Herze非线弹性接触理论,考虑车辆、轨道、道床和盾构引发的变形之间的相互作用关系,建立列车-轨轨-道床动力耦合模型,并通过Peck沉降曲线来模拟盾构施工造成的地表沉降和道床变形,进而分析轨道最大沉降值为0~25 mm时,列车以100~300 km/h的行驶速度(共计25个工况)通过沉降区线路时的安全性和舒适性指标变化规律,探讨不同沉降变形下的安全行车速度。研究结果表明:列车轮重减载率和竖向加速度随Peck沉降槽深度和行车速度的增大而增加,且以减载率为控制指标;基于轮重减载率的安全性评价指标,并考虑实际工程应用,以25 km/h为间隔,划定了不同沉降量对应的安全行车速度控制标准,为盾构下穿既有运营铁路路基管控运行时限速标准的制定提供直接依据。Under the influence of shield tunneling and unloading,the subsidence deformation of the ground will affect the surface track structure,which seriously threatens the safe and comfortable operation of the existing railway.However,there is still a lack of speed limit control standard for safe train operation under settlement condition.Based on Herze non-linear elastic contact theory,considering the vehicle,rail,track and shield the interaction relationship between deformation caused by disturbance,a train-rail-track dynamic coupling model is established.Through the Peck curve to simulate the deformation of ground surface settlement caused by shield construction and track,and then respectively analyses the roadbed settlement value was 0~25 mm,the variation rules of safety and comfort indexes of trains passing through the line in settlement area at the speed of 100~300 km/h(a total of 25 working conditions)were studied to discuss the safe running speed under different settlement deformation.The results are drawn as follows.The wheel load shedding rate and vertical acceleration increase with the increase of Peck settlement trough depth and driving speed,and the load shedding rate is taken as the control index.And then,based on the safety evaluation index of wheel load reduction rate and considering the practical engineering application,the safe driving speed control standards corresponding to different settlement amounts are delineated with an interval of 25 km/h,providing a direct basis for the establishment of speed limit standards during the control operation of the existing railway subgrade under shield tunneling.
