摘　　要：骨性标志区针刺疗法有明确作用的结构基础,主要是骨性标志区附着的肌腱、韧带等致密结缔组织。本疗法强调精确的临床诊断,注重针尖所到达的部位。周围神经卡压理论在诊断和治疗中占有重要地位。采用骨性标志区针刺疗法可治疗急慢性软组织损伤、周围神经卡压及部分内脏功能障碍等疾病。骨性标志区针刺疗法具有定位标准化、治疗操作标准化、治疗无痛等特点。Acupuncture therapy in the bony landmark area has a clear structural basis for its effect, mainly the dense connective tissues such as tendons and ligaments attached to the bony landmark area.This therapy emphasizes accurate clinical diagnosis, and pays attention to the site reached by the needle tip.The theory of peripheral nerve entrapment occupies an extremely important position in diagnosis and treatment.Acupuncture at the bony landmarks can treat acute and chronic soft tissue injury, peripheral nerve entrapment and some visceral dysfunction.The positioning of acupuncture in the bony landmark area is standardized, the treatment operation is standardized, and the treatment is painless.
