高体三从三阴论治崩漏经验

摘　　要：崩漏病机主要在于肝脾肾功能失调,治法主要采用疏肝、健脾、暖肾。高体三教授立足于足三阴脏腑功能特点,对“三阴论治”有独到的心得与见解,在“塞流、澄源、复旧”治崩大法的基础上,运用其创立的“水暖土和木达”学术思想治疗崩漏。治本者从于肝脾肾,提出治疗崩漏旨在恢复足三阴正常功能,常应用黄土汤、乌梅丸、温经汤等三阴综合方剂。三阴同治,五脏安和,气血和顺,冲任有主,崩漏自止。临证执三阴而统全局,理法方药皆能切中病机。The pathogenesis of metrorrhagia mainly lies in the dysfunction of Liver, Spleen and Kidney.The main treatment methods are to soothe the Liver, strengthen the Spleen and warm the Kidney.Based on the functional characteristics of the Zang-Fu organs of the foot three Yin, Professor Gao Ti San has unique experience and insights on "the treatment of the three Yin".On the basis of "stopping flow, clearing source and restoring health" treatment of metrorrhagia, the academic thought of "warm Water, harmonious Earth and eased Wood" created by him is applied to treat metrorrhagia.Since the root cause is the Liver, Spleen and Kidney, it is proposed that the treatment of metrorrhagia aims to restore the normal function of the foot three Yin.Huangtu Decoction, Wumei Pill, Wenjing Decoction and other comprehensive three Yin prescriptions are often used.When the three Yin is treated together, five internal Zang organs are in harmony, Qi and blood are in harmony, Chong and Ren Meridians are in good condition, and eventually metrorrhagia stops.In the clinic, the three Yin are adhered to and the overall situation is controlled with proper medication.
