摘　　要：目的:观察太白通络凝胶膏治疗寒湿阻络型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:72例寒湿阻络型膝骨关节炎患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组、试验组各36例。试验组给予太白通络凝胶膏外用治疗,每日换药1次,两周为1个疗程;对照组给予双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂(扶他林),用法同试验组,两组均观察1个疗程。比较两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale, VAS)评分、骨关节炎指数评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者VAS评分、骨关节炎指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者VAS评分、骨关节炎指数评分均显著低于本组治疗前(P<0.01),两组患者治疗后的VAS评分、骨关节炎指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组有效率为91.43%,对照组有效率为97.14%,两组有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:太白通络凝胶膏治疗寒湿阻络型膝骨关节炎疗效显著,在缓解膝关节疼痛、改善关节功能等方面与双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂(扶他林)疗效相当。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Taibai Tongluo Gel Ointment in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis caused by Cold-Damp blocking collaterals.Methods: 72 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients with cold-dampness blocking collaterals were divided into observation group and experimental group according to random number table method, 36 cases in each group.The experimental group was given external application of Taibai Tongluo Gel Ointment, and the dressing was changed once a day, and two weeks was a course of treatment;the control group was given diclofenac diethylamine emulsion(Voltaren),and the usage was the same as that of the experimental group in course of treatment.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS) score, osteoarthritis index score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score and osteoarthritis index score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the VAS score and osteoarthritis index score of the two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group after treatment Before and after treatment(P<0.01),there was no significant difference in the VAS score and osteoarthritis index score between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was 91.43%,and the effective rate of the control group was 97.14%.There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Taibai Tongluo Gel Ointment has significant curative effect in the treatment of Cold-Damp blocking collaterals type knee osteoarthritis, and it is equivalent to diclofenac diethylamine emulsion(Voltaren) in relieving knee joint pain and improving joint function.
