摘 要:双定子盘式永磁电机端盖的受力状态及机械计算方法与普通径向电机存在很大差异。针对双定子盘式永磁电机端盖的受力特点,对其刚强度进行分析研究,通过对端盖的载荷分析和有限元分析计算,总结出双定子盘式永磁电机端盖结构分析计算方法及安全评判方法,并提出改善端盖刚强度的措施,为双定子盘式永磁电机结构设计提供依据。The force state of the end cover of PM disc motors with double-stator as well as its calculated method are significantly different from those of the ordinary radial motors. According to the force state of the end cover of PM disc motors with double-stator, the stiffness and strength are studied and analyzed. Through the load analysis and FEM calculation on the end cover, the structural analysis method and safety evaluation method of the end cover of PM disc motors with double-stator are summarized out, thus, measures to improve the end cover′s stiffness and strength are put forward, providing the basis for the structural design of the end cover of PM disc motors with double-stator.
