摘  要:研发了某型动车组配套风机用三相交流异步电机,由于该动车产品的噪声要求较高,因此要求配套风机电机在起动、正常运行和断电降速阶段等全工况下都不能有噪声问题。针对该型动车风机在起动和断电阶段时存在的短时咕噜声噪声故障,在排除电磁噪声和通风噪声因素后,通过噪声频谱分析、轴承受力计算和轴承各状态受力分析等方法,对噪声成因进行了研究,并提出了解决方案。The AC three-phase asynchronous motor,used as the supporting motors in the fan of certain type of electrice multiple unit(EMU), is studied and developed.There are high noise requirements to the EMU products,which require the supporting motor not to occur any noise problem under full working condition of the motor starting,normal operation and deceleration while power off. Against the noise failure that a short-time grunt noise occurred in the fan motor in the EMU under motor starting and power off, after excluding the electro-magnetic noise factor and ventilation noise factor, causes of noise are studied by means of noise spectrum analysis, bearing force calculation and bearing force analysis in various states and the solution is prowosed as well.
