摘  要:介绍了立式循环水泵电机的支撑结构与振动特征,并采用专业的振动测试仪进行了电机振动测试。根据振动测试情况,分析得出该立式循环水泵电机轴承发生了二倍频共振。最终,通过改变电机顶部支撑刚度的方式,将电机轴承的振动降低到合格水平,保证了设备的正常运行。Supporting structure of the vertical circular water pump motor is introduced as well as its vibration certificate and the professional vibration testing equipment is applied to perform the motor vibration test. Based upon the vibration test, the analysis results show that twice frequency resonance take place on the bearing of the vertical circular water pump motor. Finally, the vibration of the motor bearing is reduced into a qualified level by means of improving the top support stiffness, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
