摘  要:主要介绍废碱液焚烧在煤化工生产中的应用和该装置的情况、废碱液焚烧过程的机理、以及立式废碱液焚烧炉为什么在反应区中部碱液侵蚀耐火材料最严重,是因为废碱液中烧碱在整个焚烧过程中是过量的,喷枪向下斜喷入焚烧区时,焚烧区上段反应充分,生成的碳酸钠含量较高;中段二氧化碳逐渐减少反应强度降低,有极少部分氢氧化钠的残留在正压的作用下侵蚀耐火材料;下段随着温度逐步降低,残留的氢氧化钠降低了与耐火材料的破坏反应。针对碱液侵蚀和熔岩腐蚀,废碱液焚烧炉耐火材料选型时引入了少量的铬材料,使原来的刚玉耐火材料抗侵蚀和腐蚀能力大幅提高,改性耐火材料放置在破坏严重的废碱液焚烧炉中段,完美解决了废碱液焚烧炉不能长周期使用的问题。Mainly introduces the application of burned waste alkali liquor in the coal chemical industry production and the introduction of the apparatus,the waste alkali liquor in the process of burning mechanism,as well as the vertical waste lye incinerator,why in the reaction zone in central alkali erosion refractory materials,the most serious because waste alkali liquor in the caustic soda in the whole process of incineration is excessive,the spray gun down inclined into burning zone,burning area in full reaction,The content of sodium carbonate is higher. The reaction intensity decreases with the decrease of middle carbon dioxide,and the residual sodium hydroxide erodes refractories under the action of positive pressure. As the temperature gradually decreases,the residual sodium hydroxide reduces the destructive reaction with refractories.For alkali corrosion,erosion and lava waste lye incinerator model selection of the refractory materials,the introduction of a small amount of chromium to the original corundum refractory erosion and corrosion resistance ability is greatly improved,modified refractory material placed in the waste lye incinerator in the middle of the destroyed,perfect solved the waste lye incinerator can not use for a long period of time.
