摘  要:针对油田带压作业起下管柱过程中,井口环控设备会对管外液压管线造成剪切和损坏,导致无法顺利起下井下安全阀和其液压动力管线的问题,提出了一种适用于带压作业井下安全阀起下的可穿越油管和井下安全阀的起下办法。该油管通过其内部可穿越通道为井下安全阀提供液压动力,可在带压作业过程中顺利实现井下安全阀的起下,且具有操作简单、成本低和机械结构简单的优势,具有广阔的应用前景。In view of the problem that the wellhead environmental control equipment will shear and damage the hydraulic pipeline outside the pipe during the tripping and tripping of the pipe string under pressure in the oil field,resulting in the failure to smoothly trip the downhole safety valve and its hydraulic power pipeline.The traversable tubing and the downhole safety valve tripping method are suitable for under pressure operation.The oil pipe provides hydraulic power for the downhole safety valve through its internal traversable channel,which can smoothly realize the lifting and lowering of the downhole safety valve during the operation under pressure,and has the advantages of simple operation,low cost and simple mechanical structure,and has a good application.prospect.
