投塞(球)式多次开关滑套的研制与应用

摘　　要：国内增产改造完井封隔器管柱中,通常使用常开阀和常闭阀进行替液循环,只能通过投球一次性关闭或打开,开关后内通径较小,不能实现全通径。国外大多采用的是绳索或连续管机械式操作多次开关滑套,操作技术难度大,可靠性不高。鉴于此,研制了投塞(球)式液压多次开关滑套。介绍了滑套及其配套开关工具的结构、工作原理和技术指标。地面试验和现场应用表明,滑套具有结构设计合理、加工组装容易、操作简便和性能可靠的特点。In the packer string for domestic stimulation and completion,normal-open sleeve and normal-closed sleeve are usually used for liquid replacement circulation,which can only be closed or opened at one time by throwing a ball. Therefore,the inner diameter is narrow after opening or closing sleeves,which can not realize the full diameter. The multiple-switch sliding sleeve by mechanical operation of rope or coiled tubing is mostly used abroad,which is difficult to operate and has low reliability. In view of this,the multiple-switch sliding sleeve by pitching plug(ball) has been developed. This article introduces the sliding sleeve and its structure,working principle and technical indicator of supporting switch tools. Ground tests and field applications show that the sliding sleeve has the characteristics of reasonable structural design,easy processing and assembly,convenient use and reliable performance.
