摘 要:合成了一系列不同结构的亚胺酯类化合物,并以其为内给电子体制备了相应催化剂,考察了内给电子体化合物的结构对于催化剂催化性能的影响。实验结果表明,通过改变化合物中的取代基,可以制备得到具有不同氢调敏感性的催化剂。以亚胺酯类化合物为内给电子体的催化剂用于丙烯聚合时,由于同时保留碳氮双键及酯键,在催化剂中形成多活性中心。进一步,采用复配内给电子体的手段能够有效地将亚胺酯与DNBP的特性结合起来,所制备的丙烯聚合物具有等规指数高和相对分子质量分布较宽等特点。A series of imide ester compounds with different structures were synthesized and the corresponding catalysts were prepared with the compound as internal donor. The effect of the structure of internal donor on the catalytic performance was investigated. The results show that catalysts with different sensitivity to hydrogen regulation could be prepared by changing substituent in compound. When using imino ester compound as internal donor for propylene polymerization,multiple active centers are formed in the catalyst because of C-N double bond and ester bond. Furthermore,the properties of DNBP and imide ester compound could be effectively combined,the obtained polypropylene has wide high isotactic index and broad molecular weight distribution.
