摘　　要：大庆石化输油管线位于中国东北地区,是大庆石化炼油结构调整转型升级项目的主要项目,将莫大线俄罗斯原油输送到大庆石化,管道全长51.5km。本文根据俄油的物性以及大庆地区的地温制定了空管投油,进油前注氮,常温投产的技术方案,并对投油、注氮、清管器跟踪等技术进行研究,确定了投产方案,保障了输油场站及管线投产的顺利。Daqing refinery crude pipeline is 51.5km,key project of Daqing refinery upgrading,this pipeline is used to transport Russia crude from Mo-Da crude pipeline to Daqing refinery. Based Russia crude property and environment parameter in Daqing area,start-up technology was studied including crude injection,nitrogen injection and pig tracking. The start-up strategy was developed with nitrogen injection before crude and operate under normal temperature. The technology and strategy was utilized to support the startup which successfully completed in 2020.
