摘 要:英国北海油田平均水深88-145m,最大井深超过5000m,且多为水平井,采用平台和水下井口的生产方式,采用半潜式钻井船和自升式钻井平台钻探和修井,开采技术要求高,环保和监管非常严格,钻探和开采成本高。为提高油田开发经济效益,更为便捷获取井下温度/压力数据,调节生产制度,所以该地区部分油井采用智能完井方式进行完井。通过智能完井技术的应用,英国北海某油田实现油田管理数据化、智能化。通过中央控制室实现实时监测、大数据模拟分析、远程快速精准控制,大大提高油井管理效率,提高油田采收率。the average water depth in UK North Sea is 88-145m and the maximum well depth exceeds 5000m.Most of wells are horizontal,with subsea wellhead tied back to production platform. Semisubmersibles and jackups are used for drilling and workover. In order to improve economic performance,acquire downhole P/T data and configure production allocation,some wells are completed with intelligent completion technology. Through intelligent completion,oilfield X in UK North Sea has realized smart digitization. Real-time monitoring,big data analysis and accurate remote control have been achieved in one central control room,which greatly improves the efficiency of well management and oil recovery.
