摘 要:本文主要从草酸钛钙正负电流变液的宏观表现出发,通过设计光学成像对比实验,拍摄到了正负电流变液各自在直流电场下内部结构的变化过程。得到的观测结果直观地验证了电流变液的内部结构变化,也间接地验证了对应的流变液理论。实验观测一方面解释了正负电流变液的某些光学性质,另一方面探究了相应的正负电流变液样品的形成机理。我们也同时拍摄到了负流变液独特的树枝状结构以及形成过程,并且发现结构形状与电场方向有关,我们尝试对这些现象给出了推测和解释。In this paper,based on the macro performance of calcium titanium oxalate positive and negative electrorheological fluids,through the design of optical imaging contrast experiment,the change process of internal structure of positive and negative electrorheological fluids under direct current electric field was observed directly,which intuitively verified the principle of chain formation of positive electrorheological fluid.On the one hand,the experimental observations explain some optical properties of positive and negative electrorheological fluids,on the other hand,the formation mechanism of corresponding positive and negative electrorheological fluid samples is explored.In the meanwhile,an unique dendritic structure and formation process of negative rheological fluid was photographed.It was found that the structure shape was related to the direction of electric field.At the end,some possible explanations for these phenomena are given.
