摘　　要：目的探讨应用前位法、后位法及前后位几何平均数法3种测量方法对胃排空显像结果的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2021年12月在我院行健康体检者50例,分别采集0、40、70、100、120min前位、后位胃部影像,分别应用前位法、后位法及前后位几何平均数法计算得出胃半排时间及120min胃排空率。结果3种方法测量胃半排时间分别为88.8±19.9min、59.0±17.3min、73.8±12.1min;120min胃排空率分别为(70.55±14.08)%、(82.41±8.72)%、(77.18±9.29)%,前后位几何平均数法与前位法、后位法比较,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同测量方法对胃排空显像的结果有较大的影响,前后位几何平均数法更适合作为固体试餐胃排空显像的计算方法。Objective To investigate the effect of anterior,posterior and anterior geometric mean on gastric emptyography.Methods From June,2021 to December,2021,50 patients with normal results of gastric emptying imaging of vertical solid trial meal in our hospital were selected for the study.The anterior and posterior gastric images of 0min,40min,70min,100min and 120min were collected respectively.GET_(1/2) and 120min GEt(%)were calculated by anterior position method,posterior position method and anterior and posterior geometric mean method,respectively.Results GET_(1/2) of the three methods were 88.8±19.9min,59.0±17.3min,and 73.8±12.1min,respectively.120min GEt(%)were(70.55±14.08)%,(82.41±8.72)%and(77.18±9.29)%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with the anteroposterior and posterior methods.Conclusion Different measurement methods can have great influences on the results of gastric emptyography,suggesting the importance of adopting standardized measurement methods.
