摘  要:为了获得耐高低温柔性环氧树脂复合材料,以HY02L和HY08为不同环氧树脂(EP)基体,分别添加固化剂GH05,制备EP复合材料。研究固化剂的含量、固化工艺、硅烷偶联剂和无机纳米粒子的引入对不同EP复合材料的断裂伸长率、拉伸强度与耐高低温性能的影响。结果表明:在HY02L-GH05体系中,当固化剂的含量为35份,断裂伸长率可达127.5%,经过多次高低温(-70~100℃)循环,EP复合材料的拉伸强度损失低于7%,抗高低温循环性能良好。在HY08-GH05体系中,当固化剂的含量为40份,拉伸强度可达55 MPa。HY08-GH05体系中引入硅烷偶联剂,当w(KH550)=5%,其断裂伸长率达到120%以上。HY08-GH05(100∶50)和HY02L-GH05(100∶35)的拉伸剪切强度分别为26.5 MPa和27.1 MPa,达到普通胶黏剂水平。耐高低温柔性EP复合材料有望在托卡马克装置中应用。In order to obtain high and low temperature resistant flexible epoxy resin composites,HY02L and HY08 were used as different epoxy resin(EP) matrix,and curing agent GH05 was added to prepare EP composites.The effects of curing agent content,curing process,silane coupling agent and inorganic nanoparticles on the elongation at break,tensile strength and high and low temperature resistance of different EP composites were studied.The results show that in HY02L-GH05 system,when the content of curing agent is 35 phr,the elongation at break can reach 127.5%.After several high and low temperature(-70~100 ℃) cycles,the tensile strength loss of EP composites is less than 7%,and the high and low temperature cycle resistance is good.In HY08-GH05 system,when the content of curing agent is 40 phr,the tensile strength can reach 55 MPa.The silane coupling agent was introduced into HY08-GH05 system.When w(KH550) is5%,the elongation at break reached more than 120%.The tensile shear strength of HY08-GH05(100∶50)and HY02L-GH05(100∶35)reach 26.5 MPa and 27.1 MPa,respectively,which reach the level of ordinary adhesives.High and low temperature resistant flexible EP composites are expected to be applied in Tokamak.
