摘 要:由于常规两步法制备的双酚A型环氧树脂在室温下黏度较高,限制其应用范围。以双酚A(BPA)、环氧氯丙烷(ECH)和NaOH为原料,苄基三甲基溴化铵为催化剂,利用紫外-可见分光光度计,监测两步法制备双酚A型环氧树脂中BPA和ECH的醚化过程,对醚化反应过程和反应终点进行监测,并对醚化产物的闭环条件进行优化。结果表明,催化剂用量、醚化温度及ECH/BPA之比均影响产物环氧值。在100℃下,对物质的量比为1∶10的BPA和ECH进行4 h醚化;除去多余的ECH,滴加浓度为35%的NaOH溶液(NaOH/BPA=3∶1),在70℃下进行6 h闭环反应,得到环氧值为0.550 mol/100 g、黏度为3.74 Pa·s的双酚A型环氧树脂。Bisphenol A epoxy resin is a thermoset resin with excellent performance,which is widely used in the fields of coatings,adhesives and composite materials.However,the bisphenol A epoxy resin prepared by the conventional two-step method has high viscosity at room temperature,which limits its application.The ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer was used to monitor the etherification process between bisphenol A(BPA) and epichlorohydrin(ECH) in the two-step method.Then,the ring-closing conditions of the etherized products were optimized.Finally,BPA and ECH with a molar ratio of 1∶10 were etherified at 100 ℃ for 4 hours(catalyzed by benzyltrimethylammonium bromide at 2% BPA mass);Then,the excess ECH was removed,the NaOH solution with concentration of 35%(NaOH/BPA=3∶ 1) was added dropwise,and the closed-loop reaction was carried out at 70 ℃ for 6 h to obtain bisphenol A epoxy resin with epoxy value of 0.550 mol/100 g and viscosity of 3.74 Pa·s.
