摘 要:随着聚酯制备技术的进步和需求领域的多样化,新型聚酯材料不断涌现。固相缩聚虽然早已用于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的增黏,但是在新型聚酯中的应用还需要进一步探索和优化。本文介绍了聚酯固相缩聚反应机理、聚酯固相缩聚影响因素。综述了不同结构的新型聚酯、功能性共混/共聚聚酯和新型钛系催化聚酯的固相缩聚反应的研究进展,总结新型聚酯与传统聚酯在固相缩聚反应机理、反应条件和反应速率的差异。指出未来可将固相缩聚用于新型聚酯的多功能化和高性能化,有助于拓展新型聚酯终端产品的应用,促进绿色低碳工业的发展。With the advancement of polyester preparation technology and the diversification of demand areas,new polyester materials are constantly emerging.Although solid state polycondensation(SSP) has long been used for the viscosification of polyethylene terephthalate(PET),the application in new polyesters needs further exploration and optimization.The reaction mechanism and the influence factors of polyester SSP are introduced in this paper.The research progresses of SSP of new polyesters with different structures,functional blends/copolyesters and new titanium-catalyzed polyesters are reviewed,and the difference in the reaction mechanism,reaction conditions and reaction rates of SSP of new polyesters and traditional polyesters were summarized.It is pointed out that in the future,SSP can be used for the multi-functionalization and high-performance of new polyesters,which will help to expand the application of new polyester end products and promote the development of green and low-carbon industries.
