摘　　要：农民合作组织是推动我国城镇化制度变迁的关键主体,其产生缘由是农户在一定的制度背景下以实现潜在最大化或者损失最小化目的所做出的的选择,本质是以相对独立的家庭经营为基础的农户联合体,是一种竞争与命令相结合组织制度,以横向合作和纵向合作两种方式形成不同类型,组织运行机制是农产品生产者集体行动。实践表明,中国农民合作组织是在农民家庭经营基础上的社会主义市场经济的基本背景下,基于对生产活动社会化服务的制度需求,中央和地方政府主导下的诱致性制度创新,在不同历史时期采用不同形式,大致上经历了四个发展阶段。农民合作组织在我国城镇化制度变迁中作用机制表现在,促进农业产业升级和适度规模化,促进农地为主体的相关制度创新,有利于提高农民自身素质等,有力地推动了中国城镇化进程。Farmer cooperative organization is the key to promote Chinese urbanization system change the main body,its reason is farmers under the background of a certain system to achieve the purpose to maximize or minimize the loss of potential,the choice of nature is based on relatively independent family-run farmers association,is a combination of competition and command system of organization,different types are formed in two ways of horizontal cooperation and vertical cooperation,and the operating mechanism is collective action of agricultural producers.Practice shows that the Chinese farmer cooperative organization is the peasant household management on the basis of the basic background of socialist market economy,based on the demand of production activities socialized service system,which is dominated by the central and local governments of induced institutional innovation,using different forms in different historical period,roughly experienced four stages of development.The mechanism of farmers’cooperative organization in the institutional change of urbanization in China is that it promotes the upgrading and moderate scale of agricultural industry,promotes the relevant institutional innovation of agricultural land as the main body,and is conducive to improving the quality of farmers themselves,which effectively promotes the process of urbanization in China.
