摘 要:针对分段绝缘接地方式下光纤复合架空地线(OPGW)线路接头盒故障,结合OPGW光缆线路实际情况,设计研发了一种中间型的新型分段绝缘接头盒,从而有效降低逐塔接地方式下导致的电能损失。通过光缆接头盒故障原因分析,进行了绝缘OPGW光缆接头盒光电分离技术研究,设计了新型光电分离装置。提出了新型绝缘OPGW接头盒加工制作工艺、安装方法和线路布置方案。开发了新型绝缘OPGW接头盒样机,并进行了机械和电气性能专项测试。测试结果满足相关标准和工程要求。该新型接头盒可广泛应用于OPGW光缆线路,能有力促进OPGW分段绝缘接地方式的应用,推动输电线路节能和降耗。A new intermediate type of segmented insulated junction box is designed and developed for the fault of optical fiber composite overhead ground wire(OPGW)line joint box aimed at the segmented insulated grounding method,which can effectively reduce the power loss caused by the tower-by-tower grounding method.Through the analysis of the fault causes of the fiber joint box,the research of the photoelectric separation technology of the insulated OPGW fiber joint box is carried out,the new photoelectric separation device is designed.The new insulated OPGW joint box processing and production process,installation method and line layout plan are proposed.The prototype of the new insulated OPGW joint box is developed,and special tests of mechanical and electrical performance are conducted,and the test results can meet the relevant standards and engineering requirements.The new connector box can be widely used in OPGW fiber optic cable lines,which will strongly promote the application of OPGW segmented insulated grounding method and promote energy saving and consumption reduction in transmission lines.
