摘 要:针对居民二次供水系统的水质安全问题,经调查发现二次供水中存在铜绿假单胞菌暴发的潜在风险。对二次供水系统中铜绿假单胞菌的检出情况进行了分析,并探究了余氯、浊度、耗氧量、温度等因素对铜绿假单胞菌检出率的影响。结果表明,余氯、浊度和温度影响铜绿假单胞菌的检出;耗氧量对铜绿假单胞菌的检出无明显影响。研究结果可为《生活饮用水卫生标准》增加铜绿假单胞菌检测项目提供理论依据。Secondary water supply system has a potential risk of Pseudomonas aeruginosa outbreak,which endangers the water quality safety of residential secondary water supply system.The detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the secondary water supply system was analyzed,and the effects of factors such as residual chlorine,turbidity,oxygen consumption and temperature on detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were explored.Residual chlorine,turbidity and temperature affected the detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,whereas oxygen consumption had no significant effect on the detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the addition of Pseudomonas aeruginosa testing items in Standards for Drinking Water Quality.
