金天格胶囊对老年性膝骨关节炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察金天格胶囊对老年性膝骨关节炎患者的临床效果。方法:将90例膝骨关节炎门诊患者随机分为塞来昔布组、金天格胶囊组,每组治疗周期为2月,治疗完成后经门诊进行2月随访,采用WOMAC评分和Lequesne指数评价患者的病情改善状况。结果:金天格组及塞来昔布组WOMAC评分和Lequesne指数的改善情况在治疗前与治疗后不同时间节点比较差异有统计学意义,金天格组及塞来昔布组差异没有统计学意义。结论:单独应用金天格胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎疗效与非甾体类抗炎药物相当:且具有作用持久、不增加副作用的优点。Objective:To observe the elinical effect of jintiange capsule on elderly patients with knee 0s-teoarthritis.Methods:90 outpatients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into celecoxib group and jintiange capsule group.The treatment period for each group was 2 months.After the treatment was com-pleted,a 2-month follow-up was carried out in the outpatient clinie.The WOMAC score and Lequesne in-dex were used to evaluate the improvement of the patient's condition.Results:The improvement of WOMAC score and Lequesne index between Jintiange group and celecoxib group was signifcantly different before and after treatment at different time points.There was no statistically significant difference between the 2 groups.Conclusion:The fficacy of jintiange capsule alone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is comparable to that of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,and it has the advantages of long-lasting effect and no in-crease of side effects.
