摘　　要：装配式建筑是一种综合优势众多的建筑形式,随着行业的不断发展,全预制装配式整体剪力墙住宅建筑也被提出,其具有内部空间大,整体施工速度快的显著优势。但也必须明确的问题是,全预制装配式建筑进行结构设计与应用时,其设计过程将会有着更多的注意要点,从应用层面上关联工作也较为特殊。针对诸多要点进行专项的全面管控,是保障装配式剪力墙、住宅工程质量与安全的重要过程,在此背景下,本文围绕着全预制装配整体式剪力墙住宅结构设计及应用展开探究。Prefabricated building is a building form with many comprehensive advantages.With the continuous development of the industry,residential buildings with fully prefabricated integral shear wall have also been proposed.It has the significant advantages of large internal space and fast overall construction speed.However,the problem that must be clarified is that when the structural design and application of fully prefabricated buildings are carried out,there will be more points of interest in the design process,and the related work from the application level is also special.Special comprehensive management and control for many points are the important process to ensure the quality and safety of prefabricated shear walls and residential projects.In this context,this paper focuses on the design and application of fully prefabricated integral shear wall residential structures.
