摘　　要：在新时代背景下,随着社会经济的迅速发展,建筑行业也取得了显著的成果,不断涌现的新材料、新工艺以及新技术,为促进现代建筑施工奠定了扎实的基础。但是就现阶段而言,随着人们生活质量的不断提升,对施工质量也是提出了较为严格的需求。从现阶段建筑施工发展的情况就可以看得出来,在建筑施工管理过程中,依旧会出现诸多问题,质量通病时常发生,所以,相关工作人员应当对施工管理工作给予高度重视,这样可以有效降低发生质量通病的频率。In the context of the new era,with the rapid development of the social economy,the construction industry has also achieved remarkable results.The emerging new materials,new processes and new technologies have laid a solid foundation for promoting modern building construction.However,at this stage,with the continuous improvement of people’s living quality,stricter requirements for construction quality are also put forward.It can be found based on the development of building construction at this stage that there are still many problems in the process of construction management,and common quality problems often occur.Therefore,relevant staff should attach great importance to construction management,which can effectively reduce the frequency of common quality problems.
