摘　　要：EPC工程总承包模式的日益普及,代表着工程项目管理的发展趋势,作为一种较为优质的工程项目管理模式,能够实现工程项目的全过程贯穿,广泛适应于价值固定、工期固定的工程项目,承包商则在其中承担设计、采购及施工等任务,同时承包单位还需要承担质量、工期、造价及安全等责任,有利于传统项目管理流程的简化。本文从工程项目管理视角,深入探讨EPC模式及其应用问题,以寻求在实践应用中的有效突破,为EPC模式的持续发展提供有益参考。The increasing popularity of EPC general contracting for constructional engineering project mode represents the development trend of engineering project management.As a relatively high-quality engineering project management mode,it can realize the whole process involvement of engineering projects and is widely suitable for engineering projects with fixed value and fixed duration,the contractor undertakes tasks such as design,procurement and construction,and the contractor unit also needs to undertake the responsibilities of quality,construction period,cost and safety,which is conducive to the simplification of traditional project management processes.From the perspective of engineering project management,this paper discusses the EPC mode and its application in depth,in order to seek effective breakthroughs in practical applications,and provide a useful reference for the sustainable development of the EPC mode.
