摘  要:大多数多层厂房的高度就远大于单层厂房,且钢构件尺寸大、门、窗洞口较多,厂房外墙夹芯板采用传统的夹心岩棉板就会造成外墙接缝多、加固不牢靠、外观成型感差的现象,无法满足设计质量要求和造成材料上浪费。本文主要浅析了多层厂房金属外墙板在施工现场实际施工的问题,对提高大空间钢结构工程的C型钢夹心岩棉板外墙施工进行了研究讨论,提出了可靠的施工技术应用。The height of most multi-story workshops is much larger than that of single-story workshops,with large steel components and many openings for doors and windows.The use of traditional sandwich rock wool panels for the outer wall of the workshops will cause many phenomena such as more joints at external wall,unreliable reinforcement,and poor appearance,which cannot meet the design quality requirements and cause material waste.This paper mainly analyzes the problems of metal exterior wall panels at the construction site in the actual construction of multi-story workshops,studies and discusses the C-shaped steel sandwich rock wool panel exterior wall construction for large-space steel structure projects,and proposes reliable construction technology applications.
