摘　　要：为了研究鱼鳞粉对沥青基本性能、沥青防水卷材的不透水性和耐热性的影响,试验以鱼鳞粉为改性剂对70号基质沥青进行改性,用不同颗粒大小的鱼鳞粉(60目、80目、100目和120目)分别制备了不同掺量(0%、5%、10%、15%和20%)的鱼鳞粉改性沥青,进行了沥青三大指标试验、标准黏度试验、黏附性试验以及沥青防水卷材不透水性和耐热性试验。试验结果表明:鱼鳞粉的掺入使沥青的软化点提高、针入度和延度降低、黏度增加,并使沥青变硬、稠度增加、温度敏感性降低,改善了沥青的高温性能,60目5%、10%、15%、20%鱼鳞粉掺量沥青的软化点比0%鱼鳞粉掺量的软化点分别增大3.6%、9.5%、11.5%、35.2%;此外,增大鱼鳞粉目数,可提高鱼鳞粉改性沥青与矿料的黏附性,进而增强集料的抗水剥离能力,并能改善沥青防水卷材的不透水性和耐热性能。In order to study the effect of fish scale powder on the basic properties of asphalt,the impermeability and heat resistance of asphalt waterproof coil,the modification test of 70#matrix asphalt was carried out with fish scale powder.Fish scale powder modified asphalt with different content(0%,5%,10%,15%and 20%)was prepared with fish scale powder with different particle sizes(60 mesh,80 mesh,100 mesh and 120 mesh).Three index tests of asphalt,namely standard viscosity test,adhesion test and waterproof and heat resistance test,of asphalt waterproof coiled material were carried out.The results show that the addition of fish scale powder improves the softening point of asphalt,reduces the penetration and ductility,increases the viscosity,hardens the asphalt,increases the consistency and reduces the temperature sensitivity,and improves high temperature performance of asphalt.The softening point of asphalt with 60 mesh 5%,10%,15%and 20%fish scale powder increased by 3.6%,9.5%,11.5%and 35.2%respectively compared with that with 0%fish scale powder.Moreover,increasing mesh number of fish scale powder can improve the adhesion between fish scale modified asphalt and mineral aggregate,enhance the water stripping resistance of aggregate,and improve the impermeability and heat resistance of asphalt waterproof coiled material.
