智能时代高校档案意识培育与档案管理现代化

摘　　要：智能时代高校档案管理面临管理理念、模式和手段变革,创新发展,信息资源需求变革带来的新挑战。档案意识与档案管理具有相互作用、相互促进的关系,迎接这些挑战的重要途径之一就是强化高校档案意识的培育。档案意识培育既是高校档案管理现代化的前提和基础,也是提升高校档案管理能力和水平的内容之一,通过档案意识培育形成的全员化档案意识能为高校提供全面、丰富和充分的档案信息资源。档案意识培育视角下实现高校档案管理现代化主要有全员化、立体化和新功能开发三种策略。In the contemporary intelligent age,university archives management faces new challenges:challenges brought by the change of management concept,mode and means;challenges brought by innovation and development;and challenges brought by the change of information resource demand.There is a relationship of interaction and mutual promotion between awareness of archives and archival management.Thus,one of the important ways to meet these challenges is to improve awareness of archives in colleges and universities.Cultivating awareness of archives in universities is not only the premise and foundation for the modernization of university archival management,but also one of the important part of improving the ability of university archival management.Moreover,allstaff awareness of archives formed through the sound cultivation can provide comprehensive,rich and sufficient archival information resources for colleges and universities.Under the perspective of archives awareness cultivation,the strategies of college archives management mainly include:all-staff awareness cultivation,all-round system development,and new function development.
