摘　　要：构建导师与研究生学术共同体是高校学术创新、学术发展与学术自由的重要路径,有助于推动高校各学科发展、培育优秀的科研人才、更好地服务于经济社会发展。导师与研究生学术共同体应立足于构建良好的学术生态环境,形成民主平等的导生关系,把“以学术为灵魂”作为导生的共同目标,构建完善的导生学术共同体机制,从而推进共同体的建设,为学科发展和人才培养奠定重要基础。Building academic communities between mentors and postgraduates is an important path for academic innovation,academic development and academic freedom in universities,which helps to promote the development of various disciplines in universities,cultivate excellent research talents and better serve the economic and social development.The academic communities between tutors and postgraduates should be based on three common standards—building a good academic ecological environment,forming a democratic and equal relationship between tutors and students,and taking"academic as the soul",thus building a perfect mechanism of academic community of tutors and students to promote the construction of the community and lay an important foundation for discipline development and talent cultivation.
