摘　　要：为探究拜城油鸡不同产蛋性能与蛋品质及耻骨间距各指标间的关联性,随机选取120日龄健康的拜城油鸡母鸡150只,单笼饲养,分别记录个体开产日龄、开产蛋重、300日龄总产蛋量等产蛋指标,并在产蛋初期、中期和后期三阶段收集鸡蛋测定蛋品质。根据产蛋量将试验群体分为4组,Ⅰ组(产蛋量≥100个),Ⅱ组(90个≤产蛋量<100个),Ⅲ组(80个≤产蛋量<90个),Ⅳ组(产蛋量<80个)。对各组产蛋性能、耻骨间距和蛋品质各指标进行单因素方差分析及其Pearson相关性分析。结果表明,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组300日龄平均蛋重极显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.01);开产蛋重Ⅰ组显著低于Ⅳ组(P<0.05);开产日龄Ⅰ组显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),极显著高于Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.01);Ⅰ组开产体重极显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.01);Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组耻骨间距均极显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.01)。蛋形指数Ⅰ组显著低于Ⅳ组(P<0.05)。300日龄总产蛋量与300日龄平均产蛋重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与开产日龄和开产蛋重呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与开产体重呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。300日龄平均蛋重与开产蛋重呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。蛋重、蛋白高度、蛋黄色泽、哈氏单位、蛋黄重、蛋形指数各指标间均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),拜城油鸡耻骨间距与蛋形指数和开产日龄均呈现显著负相关(P<0.05)。综上所述,开产日龄、耻骨间距和开产体重可作为判断拜城油鸡产蛋性能的指标。In order to explore the correlation between different egg laying performance and egg quality and pubic bone spacing of Baicheng You chickens,150 healthy Baicheng You chicken hens at 120 days of age were randomly selected and raised in a single cage.The egg laying indexes such as individual first-egg age,first-egg weight and total egg yield at the age of 300days were recorded respectively.Eggs were collected in the middle and later stages to determine the egg quality.According to egg production,the test population was divided into four groups,group Ⅰ(egg production≥100),group Ⅱ(90≤egg production<100),group Ⅲ(80≤egg production<90),Ⅳ group(egg production<80).Single factor analysis of variance and Pearson correlation analysis were performed on the indexes of egg performance,pubic bone spacing and egg quality in each group.The results showed that the 300-day-old average egg weight of groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ were significantly higher than that of group Ⅳ(P<0.01);The firstegg weight of group Ⅰ was significantly lower than that of group Ⅳ(P<0.05);The age at the start laying in group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ(P<0.05)and extremely significantly higher than that in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ(P<0.01);The weight at the start of labor in group Ⅰ was extremely significantly higher than that in group Ⅳ(P<0.01);The pubic spacing in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅳ(P<0.01).The egg shape index of group Ⅰ was significantly lower than that of group Ⅳ(P<0.05).The total egg production of 300 days old was positively correlated with the average egg weight of 300days old(P<0.01),negatively correlated with the age and egg weight at first-egg age(P<0.01),and positively correlated with the egg weight at first-egg age(P<0.05).The average egg weight of 300 days old was negatively correlated with the egg weight at firstegg age(P<0.05).There was a very significant positive correlation between egg weight,egg white height,yolk color,Haugh unit,yolk weight and egg sha
