摘 要:为探讨不同LED光色对太行鸡生产性能、蛋品质和营养物质消化率的影响,试验选取47周龄健康且体重相近的太行鸡240只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复15只鸡。试验组分别采用LED的蓝光(450~480 nm)、绿光(510~550 nm)、红光(620~650 nm)照明,对照组采用LED暖白光(400~760 nm)照明。试验鸡饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验期为8周。结果显示:红光组试验1~8周产蛋率显著高于绿光组、蓝光组和暖白光组(P<0.05),料蛋比显著低于蓝光组(P<0.05),平均日采食量显著高于暖白光组(P<0.05),在试验第8周,红光组对饲料中粗蛋白的消化率显著高于暖白光组(P<0.05),下丘脑内AMPK mRNA表达量显著高于绿光组和蓝光组(P<0.05),POMC mRNA表达量显著低于暖白光组(P<0.05)。绿光组试验1~8周产蛋率显著高于蓝光组(P<0.05),在试验第4周对饲料中钙的消化率显著高于暖白光组(P<0.05),对饲料中磷的消化率显著高于蓝光组(P<0.05),在试验第8周对饲料中能量的消化率显著高于暖白光组(P<0.05),下丘脑内POMC mRNA表达量显著低于暖白光组(P<0.05)。蓝光组在试验第4周蛋壳厚度显著高于红光组、绿光组和暖白光组,在试验第8周对饲料中粗蛋白的消化率以及下丘脑内NPY mRNA表达量均显著高于红光组、绿光组和暖白光组(P<0.05),POMC mRNA表达量显著低于暖白光组(P<0.05)。综上所述,LED红光有利于提升47周龄太行鸡产蛋率,降低料蛋比,提高养分利用率,在实际生产中具有推广意义。To investigate the effects of different LED light colors on production performance,egg quality and nutrient digestibility of Taihang chickens,a total of 240 healthy 47-week-age Taihang chickens with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 15 chickens per replicate.The experimental groups were illuminated with LED blue light(450 to 480 nm),green light(510 to 550 nm)and red light(620 to 650 nm),while the control group was illuminated with LED warm white light(400 to760 nm).The chickens were fed with corn-soybean basal diet,and the experiment lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed as follows:At 1 to 8 weeks of the experiment,the laying rate of red light group was significantly higher than that in green light group,blue light group and warm white light group(P<0.05),and the feed to egg ratio was significantly lower than that in blue light group(P<0.05),and the average daily feed intake was significantly higher than that in warm white group(P<0.05).At the 8th week of the experiment,crude protein digestibility of red light group was significantly higher than that in warm light group(P<0.05),and AMPK mRNA expression in hypothalamus was significantly higher than that in green light group and blue light group(P<0.05),and POMC mRNA expression in hypothalamus was significantly lower than that in warm white light group(P<0.05).In green light group,the laying rate at 1 to 8 weeks of the experiment was significantly higher than that in blue light group(P<0.05),dietary calcium digestibility at 4th week of the experiment was significantly higher than that in warm white light group(P<0.05),and dietary phosphorus digestibility was significantly higher than that in blue light group(P<0.05).At week 8 of the experiment,dietary energy digestibility of green light group was significantly higher than that in warm white light group(P<0.05),and POMC mRNA expression in hypothalamus was significantly lower than that in warm white light group(P<0.05).In blue light group,eggshell thickness at 4th
