基于国家监督抽查结果的LED照明产品质量现状分析

摘　　要：LED照明产品已成为市场主流,然由于生产入门门槛低,产品质量参差不齐。历年国家监督抽查结果显示,我国LED照明产品的合格率总体呈现持续提升态势,但仍有一定的波动。本文以2021年光源及灯具产品质量国家监督抽查情况为基础,从产品、技术、企业规模、地域分布等角度对当前照明产品质量现状进行分析,并提出产品质量提升建议和措施。LED lighting product has become the mainstream of the market,but due to the low entry threshold for production,the product quality varies.The results of national supervision and random inspections over the years show that the qualification rate of LED lighting products has continued to improve,but there are still certain fluctuations.Based on the national supervision and random inspection of light source and luminaire quality in 2021,this article analyzes the current lighting product quality status from the product,enterprise scale,geographical distribution,and technical levels,and puts forward suggestions and measures to improve product quality.
