摘 要:户外使用灯具产品的防水可靠性一直是制造商重点关注的问题,虽然制造商不断在设计上精益求精,但是制造过程中难免出现疏漏,因此做好产品出货前的筛选显得尤为重要。本文介绍一种高温泡水检测的方式,采用恒温水槽加热灯具内的空气使其受热膨胀从灯具表面气孔中排出,通过观察是否有气泡的方式快速判定产品防水性能。该方法不仅兼顾可靠、高效和便捷,同时非常经济,能够用于生产过程中成品灯具的防水性能批量检测。The waterproof reliability of outdoor lighting products has always been the focus of the manufacturer.Although the manufacturer keeps improving the design,it is inevitable that there are omissions in the production.Therefore,it is particularly important to check before ship the lights.This paper introduces a method of high temperature water detection.By heating the air in the luminaire immersed in a thermostatic water tank to make it expand and discharge it from the pores on the surface of the luminaire,the waterproof performance of the product can be quickly determined by observing whether there are air bubbles.This method can meet the requirements of reliability,efficiency and convenience,and is economical,can be used for the batch testing of waterproof performance of finished lights in the product process.
